Maybelline New York heeft een nieuwe mascara, genaamd The Falsies mascara van Volum´Express.

Maybelline belooft ons het volgende: “Door middel van de exclusieve formule met Pro-Keratine vezels en het gepatenteerde gebogen borsteltje, creëert The Falsies mascara een valse wimpers effect voor vollere wimpers en 3 keer zichtbaar meer wimpers. In slechts één beweging zijn je wimpers zichtbaar voller en volumineuzer.”

Ik was benieuwd en testte het uit. Het borsteltje is in het begin een beetje gek; heel dik en gebogen, in de vorm van je wimpers. Eigenlijk heel fijn, want zo kun je alle haartjes in één keer meenemen. Het werd wel een beetje een kliederboel, omdat het dikke borsteltje heel snel je oogleden raakt.

Maar het resultaat is wel erg mooi! Je moet het alleen even bijwerken met een wattenstaafje zodat je geen vlekjes hebt.

Ik zou zeggen: een dikke acht! The Falsies kost € 13,99.

(bijvoorbeeld rubberborsteltje, of het 'old school' borsteltje) en als je er dan achter bent wat het beste is voor jou wimpers overstappen op een duurdere mascara. Mascara verschilt echt zo enorm per persoon! Het is net je hoe je ogen gevormd zijn, hoe lang je wimpers zijn, of je lichte of donkere wimpers hebt enzovoort. Oke en nu over deze mascara sorry :P Dat borsteltje lijkt mij niet zo handig.... maar ik denk wel dat ie veel volume geeft! En de paarse huls ziet er ook gewoon heel tof uit :)
